Hi Fred,

It is a pleasure for me to finally meet you because my Realtor, Genie Peters, has often talked very highly about you. I found you to be very professional in all aspects of your inspection of my new rental home. I was very concerned about the current status of this house because of the obvious shortcomings of the landscape and the previous home owners' choice of paint color "scheme" but mostly because the owners went to foreclosure.

I have walked into several foreclosure homes and concluded that I would not touch any of them but was hoping this one would be different. After spending several hours with you in inspection of EVERY aspect of this house, my fears were completely allayed. What I found most impressive was the fact that you agreed to return and complete the inspection because the gas and electricity were not yet connected by the utilities. And not at an additional cost to me! Thank you Fred.

I was very impressed with your punctuality, thoroughness, integrity, perfection and your excellent report that contained all the specific details in correcting the faults of this house. Continued good luck in your inspection service company!

To whom it may concern, On January 12, 2007, I contracted with Integrispect for the inspection of my newly constructed home in Quail Creek Subdivision, Sahaurita (Tucson), Arizona. Fred's approach was great, he periodically reviewed construction and made several written reports which were useful in my discussions with the builder, notably a report after the footings were poured and the frame was installed, a report prior to to the pre drywall walk through and a report at closing. Each report was professional and well balanced with critical photographs. When I contracted for an in ground pool and masonry wall I requested Fred to provide a follow up report. Again his report was thorough and pointed out a balanced concern of matters to be corrected prior to my final payments. I recommend Fred and Integrispect without hesitation or reservation.
