Integri-Spect home inspection prices are very competitive with other Southern Arizona Home Inspection companies. The home inspection industry is dynamic. We at integrispect review our costs and regularly adjust our pricing accordingly. Our prices are based on square footage and number of systems (HVAC, pool, etc.) Inspection fees start at $195 and increase based on square footage.

1501 to 2000 sq. ft. ---------$275.00
2001 to 2500 sq. ft. ---------$300.00
2501 to 3000 sq. ft. ---------$350.00
3001 to 3500 sq. ft. ---------$400.00
3501 to 4000 sq. ft. ---------$450.00
Over 4001 sq. ft. -------------$450 + $0.25 / square feet over 4001
Home older than 50 years old ----$50.00 Extra building up to 500 sq. ft. ---$75.00 Extra building larger than 500 sq. ft. ---$125.00 Pool inspection in-ground pool & equipment inspection $50.00 Combination in-ground pool and spa inspection --$100.00 Re-inspection follow-up with report ---------------$75.00

Our prices can also be found on our schedule appointment page. Simply select an available day and time convienent to your schedule, enter the address and select the applicable square footage to see the inspection charge. Continue on and schedule the appointment...we'll be there on time!! Payment is required at the end of the inspection. We accept cash and checks. |
